Hi everyone! #introductions

I've been working in and for higher ed since 2007. I used to do a lot of WordPress but now I mainly specialize in front-end web development and accessibility. I work for myself and work primarily with universities and agencies.

I love to run and eat tacos and run more so I can eat more tacos. I live in upstate New York in the lovely city of Rochester, or as I call it Narnia. I'm currently learning how to ice skate so I can play ice hockey.

Tell me about yourself!

Back in April I was taking ice hockey classes and I injured my arm (outside of class). After a couple steroid shots and monthssss of physical therapy, I’m back to normal and want to work on my ice skating before I go back to hockey. Just had my third ice skating class. It was great! My confidence is gaining and someone worked with me on my stops. I’m finally getting the hang of “digging” into the ice. It’s so weird to me since I grew up skating on roller blades. I can’t wait to skate again! 🧊⛸️❄️💙

Proud of @mor10 for all of the great work he does to improve the web and to empower others with education and resources. He gave me a demo today of the new Github Codespaces and wow. It's super impressive. I can't wait to try it out with some of my projects.

I'm also grateful that he's such a lovely human and friend.
