Spending most of the day doing #Thanksgiving meal prep. Cubed up and dried out #sourdough I made yesterday for stuffing, made pie dough (all-butter crust all the way), giblet stock…and roasted tomatoes to use for pasta later in the week to clean out the fridge a bit to make space.
Making pies (pumpkin and apple), plus NYT lemon cranberry bars, is likely on the docket after my folks arrive.
I love spending the day making tasty food for folks I love. One of my very fav parts of the holidays.
